David was in his fourth year of a five year plumbing apprenticeship when we got married and we have been plumbing most of those 45 years in our own business wherever we lived. We spent nine years in Homer, Alaska and did plumbing there along with other endeavors! We loved Alaska. We started David Harris Plumbing in the Treasure Valley in 1997. We enjoy being back in our hometown of Ontario, OR, and helping people by making their life pleasant again when they need a plumber!

Our son Daniel (with his three boys) joined us in our business last year. Daniel has worked in construction for many years. He has worked with us in our plumbing business, helped us build houses, worked as a painting contractor, built cabinets and other wood working projects, installed solar panels, supervised large commercial construction projects, and is now back with us doing plumbing. He enjoys the outdoors, especially with his boys, going rafting, hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, snowmobiling, and just everything outdoors. He is a great asset to our business.
